Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination of your account and continue to bind you following closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
