jillip will not transfer your personal data to a foreign jurisdiction unless we are satisfied that your data will receive a standard of protection equivalent to that provided under Philippine law.

9. Data Retention

jillip retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data – Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction records – Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• KYC verification documents – Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure;
• Customer support communications – Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing consent records – Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jillip will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

12. Security

jillip implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) for player accounts;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing;
